Kicked Out?

Sometimes there's a problem with the software and you just get "kicked out". If this happens, please let us know. It takes a little extra effort to find the error. Use the Event Viewer application in Windows. Open the Application Log as shown in the screenshot below, and then look for things marked ".NET Runtime". If you find any with "Hurkin", then it's something we might be able to fix. Send the information to support@hurkin.com.
