- Choose the Customer
- Reference # = Check Number
- Enter Amount
- Choose invoice to apply to carefully
- Save
- Deposit check into bank

If a customer receives a notice of cancellation (billing@hurkin.com is cc'd), make sure the payment is actually missing. You can extend their account in HAAL.
