How to Receive Payments

  1. Receive Invoice Payment in QuickBooks Online
    • Choose the Customer
    • Reference # = Check Number
    • Enter Amount
    • Choose invoice to apply to carefully
    • Save
  2. Deposit check into bank

Cancellation Notices

If a customer receives a notice of cancellation ( is cc'd), make sure the payment is actually missing. You can extend their account in HAAL.
